Thank you for your letter which I formally accept. As you say, your letter is self-explanatory and your company, as a registered land owner in our Parish will have the opportunity to comment on our draft neighbourhood plan when it is issued sometime in November.
I have noted the comments in your letter but personally feel that a meeting between ourselves at this stage of our planning process would not be appropriate. I am replying on my own behalf and I trust that Mrs Kelleher will also reply to your request. We have a Parish Council meeting on the 2nd November, but unfortunately I will be late getting to that meeting. However, I will raise the issue of a meeting with your company with other members of the Parish Council and we can then see what their response will be.
